At Alec + Kae, every item is made to order with care. Please review our policy before placing your order.
Custom & Personalized Orders
All custom and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless there is an error on our part or the item arrives damaged or defective.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if:
- The wrong item was received.
- The item arrived damaged or defective.
- There is a printing or production error made by Alec + Kae.
Customers must contact us within 36 hours of receiving their order and provide clear photos of the issue along with their order information. Requests made after 36 hours of delivery cannot be guaranteed.
Sizing
Please review all size charts before ordering. Because items are made to order, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges due to incorrect size selection.
Color Variations
Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, and monitor differences. Minor color variations are not considered defects.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled.
Local Pickup Orders
Customers will be notified when their order is ready for pickup. Orders not picked up within 30 days may be forfeited without a refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, processing times may vary.
